Step-by-Step
Grab some chicken thighs, season them (liberally) with salt and pop them in the oven at 220℃ for 40-50 mins. By liberally, we mean about 6 full turns of a salt mill (about 3/4th teaspoon) per chicken thigh. The result is a chicken thigh that is SUPER crispy out the outside with tender & juicy meat inside. We like to serve this with some baked basmati rice and a side of veggies. Look out for future posts on these!
Tips
Line your oven tray with a baking sheet to make clean up easier
You can also do this on a grill and you'll get the same result
